A New Story of Hope, Healing & Healing Begins
A New Story of Hope, Healing & Healing Begins
January 6, 2026, marked more than just a kickoff meeting—it was the beginning of a new chapter filled with purpose, collaboration, and hope at Youth Haven.
On this day, the Gordon Pass Group team joined forces with Youth Haven, MHK Architecture, Currey & Young, the General Contractor, and Natasha NP Interior Design to officially launch a project that promises to leave a lasting impact on the children and families who rely on Youth Haven’s services. From the very first discussion, this project has been guided by a shared belief: this new space will truly change young lives.
Designing Spaces for Healing and Growth
What makes this project especially meaningful is who it serves. The new facility is designed to expand therapeutic services for children who have experienced abuse and neglect, addressing complex emotional and mental health needs with care and intention.
The building will feature:
- A state-of-the-art education hub, library, and makerspace—encouraging curiosity and empowering children academically and personally.
- Enhanced food and nutrition areas—promoting healthy eating, addressing food insecurity, and teaching essential life skills like food preparation.
- Dedicated family reunification and sustainability spaces—supporting stronger family connections and lasting stability.
- Expanded enrichment areas—opening doors for creativity, learning, and deeper community engagement.
Children at the Center of the Project
One of the most inspiring moments of the day came when the children themselves joined the project team. Together, they explored what the construction journey will look like, the goals ahead, and what to expect as the building takes shape. Their curiosity and excitement reminded everyone why this work truly matters.
Turning Vision into Reality
This building is more than bricks and mortar—it is a symbol of renewal, opportunity, and belief in a brighter future. Every detail is thoughtfully designed around the children who call Youth Haven home.
As Owner’s Representative and Construction Project Manager, Gordon Pass Group is committed to keeping the project on track—protecting the schedule, budget, and timeline—so this vision becomes reality. More importantly, we are honored to help deliver a space that offers hope, stability, and possibility for the incredible kids who inspire this project every day.
